Last night I made dinner at our new house. That was a first. But the new thing for me is that we have a gas stove.
I made a chile verde pork that I bought at the grocery store. It went well. I didn’t burn anything which was nice. I will get years of learning how to make all the food I have made for years on an electric stove on a gas stove now.
I know some people swear that gas is better and others that swear electric is better. I have only ever used electric so I have no opinion yet. I will let you all know how things go.
Induction stoves are the best!
