Wow am I ever late on this one. I don’t know what happened – oh wait yes I do know: a trip to AZ, window installation, HVAC not working right and having people in and out to give quotes, getting a 3D printer setup and running, working on building a bed with my daughter, getting kids off to Girl Scout Camp. So a bit has been going on.
Here you go:

And you are going to see from the Album side that I didn’t listen to as much music in June as I normally do. That has a lot to do with the fact that I was in AZ for a bit, and I didn’t listne to music hardly at all while I was there.
On the Artist side you get all the normals for the most part. You do see that I listened to Evanescence 21 times in June. That as a big one for me. I enjoy their hard sound. They get classified as metal, but I don’t get that. I find them more punk or very hard rock. If you are looking for a female led band to listen to and you like loud music you should look them up for sure. Most of their music is clean, but not all of it, so be warned. After that on the artist side you have all Christian based (originally) bands. I know MxPx isn’t anymore, but they were and their music is mostly still clean and up-lifting.
On the Album side you have Sonicflood, which was a fine praise and worship band. Overall their music is fine. I really Like “Heart of Worship” by them. The Refreshments made that list as well that month. They were an AZ band that had a couple big hits in the late 1990’s. They had a great rock sound. Alice Cooper even said that he felt they were one of the greatest rock bands never to make it big. I remember listening to that album all the time when it first came out, and I still really enjoy listening to it today. Danny Elfman is on there with his Spiderman Score, and that is a fantastic score. If you like soundtracks it is a great one.
Well, nothing too exciting this month. As I said, I didn’t end up listening to as much music as I normally do. I think that was the biggest surprise for me.
