I made it through another year of blogging. As I stated last year I was hopeful to make it through another year.
I have enjoyed writing this year. I wrote a lot about us moving because that was a big thing. I had my biggest read day with my “Big Changes” blog. I had over 120 people read that one. Thank you all for doing that.
I have written about music more this year as well. I tried hard to post about what I was intending to each month. I wasn’t always successful each month. The application I use only gives you access to the month’s information for a day or two. I am going to try and keep doing that this next year. I am hoping to give you a yearly top listens as well. I also have some albums I am going to review this next year. I also have an idea for another music related posting that I am throwing around in my head but I have to talk to my oldest kid about it first.
I wrote more about politics as well this year. I hope I didn’t lose too many of my regular readers with some of my opinions/ramblings on it.
I will also say that this year of writing was also harder for me. I didn’t set aside enough time to write some weeks. I wanted to blog more, but I found myself not getting around to it, and then I was just writing for my weekly Tuesday posting. I was hoping for more postings during the weeks. I am not sure I will be any better this next year, but maybe I will.
I do have some rambles lines up in my brain, and I just have to get them down on “paper”. There are a couple Biblical topics I want to write about. I am sure my thoughts may not line up with what some of my friends/family think, but they are things that I think should be said. Nothing I will say is anything new, but I want people to think about things, and sometimes I think getting them down on “paper” can allow people to take a moment and think about things they may just look past. No spoilers though – you are just going to have to keep coming back to read.
Thank you to my readers. I know my brother is my most frequent visitor, and I appreciate it. I know there are a few others out there as well that check things out regularly, and I greatly appreciate you as well; I know of Judi, my mom, and my father-in-law. Thank you all! Spread the word, and share with your friends.
I’m happy to read and keep up with you and the family. Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks! I pray you are doing well also.
